Please be aware that these salts are not suitable for use during pregnancy. About two hours before you go to bed, place 1-2 cap-fulls under running water, to dissipate the essences into your bath. Soak for 10-15 minutes, then for maximum benefit don't rinse the salt residue after bathing - this helps your muscles to relax and rejuvenates your skin whilst eliminating toxins. These salts are a particularly good detoxifier if your body is under stress and promote cellular regeneration whilst preventing build up of the electro-magnetic energy we absorb through excessive computer and mobile 'phone use.
