To fill the 5 chambers, simply twist the lid 1/4 turn clockwise until you feel a click and remove. Place a Cole & Mason funnel (or similar) in the chamber you would like to refill and pour in the ingredient. Once full, remove the funnel and replace lid by lining up the lock/ unlock graphics and turning the lid anti-clockwise. To change the dispensing setting, simple move the slider to the left or right to choose between sprinkle or pour. The dispenser comes prefilled with Basil, Oregano, Parsely, Thyme and Rosemary.
