To use dry: apply on bare lids with the fingers or E 4 brush, or over Master Eye Prep & Set™ primer to create superior grip and buildability.
To use wet: apply with a dampened E 4 or E 5 brush.
To enhance the effects with Master Metal™ Manipulator™: add a bit of Manipulator™ into the well. Dip your brush into the well, and then dip it into your preferred eyeshadow to transform it into a pearlized liquid foil.
Use as a liquid to line the eyes for a gorgeous liner effect.
