And not only was she strung out, overtired and overwhelmed, but the toll of her high-stress career was impacting her physical health; after a few particularly frantic months, her hair had begun to fall out, which is why, with the help of her husband (and hair stylist) Kieran Tudor, she set out to learn about what she could do to ‘undo’ the effects without compromise – which meant natural, vegan, cruelty-free treatments to not only halt the hair loss but to stimulate growth and preserve her hair’s health and resilience.
