Take extreamly long to deliver

I placed 2 orders for my daughter 2 months ago and I only received one order 5 weeks after my payment despite their website stating 10 working days delivery.
To date, I am still waiting for the 1st order I placed and played. Every week I get the same response from them saying delivery will happen this week, then the week passes and the next week I receive the same message. It's very frustrating. If you decide to order from this website please note that you can expect to receive your delivery 2 months or longer after your payment and not 10 days as stipulated on their website!
