With a blue tonal design, the Stand Out MAAT is a joy to unfurl; an alternative to the suede mat of the same design, this PU-topped mat is slightly thicker at 4mm, making it more suitable to pilates. As for the base of the mat, it’s made from sustainably sourced natural tree rubber that’s cultivated via a process called rubber tapping — it keeps the trees alive and can be reused for years. Made for movement, the mat boasts enhanced grip technology — it’s no good to have your feet slipping during the downward dog position! Crafted without silicone or phthalates, this antimicrobial, recyclable and biodegradable mat is even machine washable (follow the care instructions!) so you can keep it looking its best for longer.
This mat will have a slight smell that will eventually fade. We suggest you roll it out to air. After practice, wipe down with water or a 50/50 mixture of apple cider vinegar and water. To ensure longevity of your Maat, we recommend avoiding harsh cleaners, excessive heat or direct sunlight. Air dry before rolling.
