Long turn around time and wrong colour

After 2 months of waiting for my order, and only because i threatened to expose on social media, i did finally receive my Shrine Drop It... However, instead of the White Blonde i ordered, i was sent Ash Blonde. The complete wrong colour, that i cannot use!! So, thank you Buyinstor, it's been an absolute nightmare from beginning to end! You don't even deserve the 1 star.
