Got my half bottle way pass the estimated delivery date plus my bottle was wet and half open everything leaked out and when i told a consultant on Whatsapp the only two options were 10% on my next order which i’m not even considering because i’m never ordering anything again and the second option were a replacement but what guarantee do i have that this won’t happen again?? I even sent pictures because i was expecting they would give me a refund option which ofcourse they didn’t. Just “sorry ma”, as if sorry is going to give me my almost R300 back, even Shein orders is quicker than this store and everything is perfect, money down the drain!!
