A simplified option for those who are seeking a tool to alleviate tension and minimise soreness, Theragun Prime maintains all the power and efficacy of its souped-up Theragun cousins, with streamlined features – perfect for those who are new to the wellness phenomenon. Surprisingly quiet (but unsurprisingly effective), this has an ergonomic multi-grip, LED indicators and a customisable speed range that delivers up to 30lbs of no-stall force to minimise discomfort and enhance your circulation while remaining as quiet as an electric toothbrush! Providing up to 120 minutes of wireless power with four easy-to-clean attachments – from the Dampener(for tender or bony areas) to the Cone (for pinpoint muscle treatment, including hands and feet) – the companion app helps you tailor your Theragun experience to suit your needs, suggesting guided rituals to personalise and track your wellness journey.
1. To turn on the Prime, firmly press and hold the centre button for two seconds on the button pad.
2. Press the up (^) and down (v) arrows to toggle between five preset speeds and adjust your treatment level.
3. To turn off the Prime, firmly press and hold the centre button on the button pad.
Connecting the Attachments: Align the attachment with the tip of the rotating arm and push to connect. To remove, grip the attachment, placing one finger on each side of the plastic connector. Pull off the attachment.
