A modern spin on using a ball – typically a lacrosse ball – to pinpoint sites of muscle pain and offer a deep tissue massage, Theragun’s Wave Solo uses vibration to dampen the pain that accompanies digging deep into a muscle – allowing you the ecstasy without the agony.
